<p>An OTFT(Organic Thin Film Transistor), its manufacturing method and a flat panel display device with the same are provided to reduce contact resistance by forming a carbon nano tube on source/drain electrodes. An OTFT comprises source/drain electrodes(120a,120b), a nano grain layer(130a,130b) on the source/drain electrodes, an organic semiconductor layer(140) for contacting the source/drain electrode, and a gate electrode(160) insulated from the source/drain electrodes and the organic semiconductor layer. The nano grain layer contains nano grains. A conductive nano grain layer is used as the nano grain layer. A carbon nano tube is capable of being used as the nano grain layer.</p> |
