An OTFT(Organic Thin Film Transistor), its manufacturing method and an organic light emitting display device with the same are provided to make a channel of an organic semiconductor layer contact securely source and drain electrodes in an electric signal applying process on a gate electrode by using a delamination preventing layer. A gate electrode(121) is formed on a substrate(100). A gate insulating layer(125) is formed on the resultant structure to cover the gate electrode. Source and drain electrodes(123) are arranged on the gate insulating layer. A delamination preventing layer(126) is arranged on the gate insulating layer to contact partially the source and drain electrodes. An organic semiconductor layer(127) is formed on the resultant structure to contact the source and drain electrodes, respectively.
