An organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display device is provided to adjust the level change amount of a boost signal, which is applied on a pixel circuit, by controlling the level change amount of a control signal, which is applied on a boost circuit. An organic EL display device includes data lines, boost scan lines, select scan lines, light emitting scan lines, pixel circuits, and a first scan driver. The first scan driver includes plural boost circuits. The boost circuit includes plural same-type transistors, receives an input signal(IN), a clock signal(CLK), and a clock bar signal(/CLK), and outputs an output signal(Out). If the input signal is enabled, the clock signal is disabled, and if the clock bar signal is enabled, the output signal is disabled, in the boost circuit. After the disabled output signal is outputted, if the input signal is disabled and the clock signal is enabled and the clock bar signal is disabled, the output signal is enabled.
