Forming a single image from multiple images is described. A first image and a second image partially overlap to define a common overlap region, and each image has multiple pixels. A boundary between the first image and the second image is automatically calculated based on processed pixel values in the common overlap region. Then the first and second image may be integrated along the boundary to form a single image. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
