A no smoking ring is provided to be put on user's fingers without interrupting the user in his everyday life and to stimulate the visual nerve between the index finger and the middle finger to make the user feel as if he grips a cigarette. In the no smoking ring, a ring(3) in the shape of two rings(2) that are put on an index finger and a middle finger among user's fingers and a connecting portion(3) connecting the two rings(2) are formed integrally. On one side of the connecting portion(3), a gripping-prevention portion is formed integrally. On the upper surface of the connecting portion(3), a cylinder shape cigarette substitute portion is formed integrally. On the other side of the connecting portion(3), a cylinder shape body stimulating protrusion is formed. |
