A pharmaceutical composition comprising orlistate is provided to solve the problems of the orlistate, which could be decomposed under the storage condition due to a low melting point and is hard to be dissolved due to crystallinity. The method comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 0.01-20 parts by weight of a solvent, 0.01-20 parts by weight of a solubilizer, 0.01-10 parts by weight of a surfactant, and 0.01-2 parts by weight of an antioxidant at a temperature of 40-60 deg.C ; (b) mixing the mixture obtained from the step(a) with 1 part by weight of a pharmacologically active material; (c) absorbing the mixture obtained from the step(b) into 0.1-20 parts by weight of an absorbent; (d) mixing the resultant material obtained from the step(c) with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient; and (e) molding and coating the mixture into a tablet or a capsule.
