A BLOWER AND A CLEANER HAVING THE SAME

A blower and a cleaner having the same are provided to reduce a BPF(Blade Passing Frequency) noise by arranging a diffuser blade at irregular intervals along a circumference. In a blower, an impeller(40) rotates by a motor and has a plurality of impeller blades(41). A diffuser(60) is arranged on an external circumference of the impeller and has a plurality of diffuser blades(61a~61k). A plurality of the diffuser blades are arranged at irregular intervals along a circumference to reduce noise generated by an interaction of a plurality of the impeller blades and a plurality of the diffuser blades.
