A baffle plate of a fuel tank for a vehicle is provided to decrease flow noise of fuel by floating the baffle plate on fuel in the fuel tank with the honeycomb structure and bumping fuel into the baffle plate in suddenly flowing fuel. A baffle plate of a fuel tank includes a plate(10) formed with honeycomb structure, a plate support bar(20) formed of a rod and vertically installed near a corner of the plate, and a joint guiding vertical movement of the plate by connecting the plate to the plate support bar. The joint includes a first joint installed at a side of the corner of the plate, a second joint moving up and down along the plate support bar, and a connection joint connecting the first joint and the second joint and turning around a central axis. The plate support bar has a body formed of a pipe and sealed at an end, a moving rod inserted to the body and contracted or extended, and a spring mounted in the body to apply elastic force to the moving rod.
