A two-directional light transmitting semi-transmissive prism sheet, a two-directional backlight assembly, and a two-directional LCD comprising the same are provided to effectively control the amount ratio of lights emitted toward both directions, by forming prism patterns on a two-directional light transmitting semi-transmissive film. A two-directional light transmitting semi-transmissive film(110) reflects a portion of light emitted from a light source, and transmits the other portion of the light. A plurality of prism patterns(120) are formed on one surface of the two-directional light transmitting semi-transmissive film. Each of the prism patterns has a predetermined height and a predetermined width. The prism patterns condense the light incident from the two-directional light transmitting semi-transmissive film, and output the condensed light.
