A mobile device with a fingerprint sensor is provided to easily execute a replacing operation by simply removing a sensor-dedicated board except for a connector connection when a fingerprint sensor needs to be changed for repairing. A main board(142) includes a plurality of circuit components including a circuit component(141) for processing an output signal of a fingerprint sensor(127) mounted thereon. A key case(145) includes a plurality of key switches(146) for manipulating keys(121) and is fixed on the main board(142). A sensor-dedicated board(148) is installed separately from the main board(142), includes the fingerprint sensor(127) mounted thereon, and is detachably mounted on the key case(145) to allow the fingerprint sensor(127) to be disposed adjacent to the manipulating keys(121). The sensor-dedicated board(148) and the main board(142) are connected to be electrically attached or detached by a connector(151) installed on the main board(142).
