A noise absorbing soundproof wall structure in an apartment housing district is provided to prevent vehicle noise from being flowed into the apartment housing district by installing the structure on the edge of the road adjacent to the apartment housing district and absorbing vehicle noise generated on the driving road. A noise absorbing soundproof wall structure in an apartment housing district comprises H-beam struts(200) installed on the upper surface of base blocks(100) at regular intervals; a sound absorbing panel(300) installed on the H-beam struts; a hinge bracket(400) mounted at one side of the road surface of the H-beam strut; a main locking body(500) mounted at the other side of the road surface of the H-beam strut; a hinge housing(700) mounted at one side of the left and right sides of the sound absorbing panel; and a hanging rod housing mounted on the other side of the left and right sides of the sound absorbing panel.
