SYSTEM, METHOD AND VIEWER PROGRAM TO DISPLAY A CHART OF CURRENT ARRAY VALUES FOR AN ARRAY DATA SET

A system, a method, and a viewer program for displaying current array values of an array data set are provided to remove need for making a user handle array data to display contents of the array data set in a chart application together with the current array values. A code monitors a debugging program to enable the user to select a variable ID. The code determines whether the variable ID is an array ID by analyzing the selected variable ID and checks the array data set matched with the variable ID. The code obtains the current array values for the array data set from the debugging program. The code displays a chart of the current array values for the array data set. The code monitoring the debugging program monitors a text editor for the user selection of the variable ID by communicating with the text editor of the debugging program and monitoring characters emphasized from the user.
