A repair fuse box and its layout method are provided to solve layout issue and to enhance power mesh by using a metal layer connected to a common node layer as a jumper node for connecting a fuse control part and a fuse part. A repair fuse box includes a fuse part(200) arranged in a plurality of fuses(202) and connected to a common node, and a fuse control part(100). The repair fuse box further includes a plurality of fuse nodes, a common node layer(204) connected to the common node, and a metal layer(206) connected to the common node layer for connecting the fuse part and the fuse control part.
