摘要 An electric temperature controlling apparatus is provided to reduce power consumption and use a maximum infrared ray generated in an electric mattress without an electromagnetic wave by using a DC voltage as power to heat the electric mattress. A power unit(110) outputs 12V constant voltage and DC 5V constant voltage by dropping the 12V constant voltage. An adjustment switch unit(120) is driven by power of the power unit(110), and outputs a power on signal, a temperature control signal, and a negative ion control signal of an electric mattress. A sensor unit(130) is driven by the power of the power unit(110), and detects a voltage change ratio of the temperature control signal and the negative ion control signal of the adjustment switch unit(120). A display unit(140) is driven by the providing power of the power unit(110), and displays a negative level coefficient which is set by the negative ion control signal or a temperature which is set by the temperature control signal of the adjustment switch unit(120). A micom unit(150) outputs a negative ion generation signal to generate a negative ion as high as the set level coefficient displayed on the display unit(140). A contactless relay unit(160) is driven by the power of the power unit(110) and outputs a rectifier switching signal based on a heating signal of the micom unit(150). An output unit(170) is driven by the rectifier switching signal. The output unit(170) smooths and rectifies 85-260V AC input voltage in a full wave, and outputs 120-360V DC voltage to four output terminals. A high voltage generator(180) outputs first and second DC high voltages having a different negative voltage based on the negative ion generation signal of the micom unit(180). A negative ion generator(190) generates a negative ion by a plasma discharging operation of a plurality of electrode plates which include an electrode connected to the first and second DC output terminals of the high voltage generator(180).
