Provided are an anode plate having a binder layer, which improves high-temperature characteristics of an anode and inhibits a life reduction phenomenon of a secondary battery, and a manufacturing method thereof. The anode plate(111) comprises a current collector(112) having a first flat surface(112a) and a second flat surface(112b) opposite to the first surface(112a), an anode active material(113) spread on the first surface(112a) of the current collector(112), and a binder layer(114) spread on the anode active material(113). The anode active material(113) is lithium-containing transition metal oxide. The binder layer(114) is a SBR(styrene butadiene rubber)-based binder. An intermediate transition metal in the lithium-containing transition metal oxide is eluted out by the binder layer(114). |
