REAL NAME CONFIRMATION SYSTEM AND THE METHOD WHICH USE A VIRTUAL RESIDENCE REGISTRATION NUMBER, AND THE STORE DEVICE WHICH RECORDS A METHOD

A system and a method for confirming a real name with a virtual resident registration number, and a recording medium storing the same are provided to confirm the real name by storing the virtual resident registration number, user certification information, and website information to the portable storage device such as a USB(Universal Serial Bus) memory, a smart card, and a mobile phone. The portable storage device(100) encodes, decodes and manages data such as user information and the virtual resident registration number by connecting to a client(200). The client confirms the real name of a user by automatically inputting the data to receive a web service with the data managed by the portable storage device. A virtual resident registration number server(500) provides a real name confirmation server by newly generating/mapping the data in connection with a resident registration number certification authority, and transmits real name confirmation information and a processing result to the client and a web server(400). The web server requests real name confirmation to the virtual resident registration number server by using the data automatically inputted from the client, and receives/processes the real name confirmation result.
