An HDD(Hard Disk Drive) vibration-proof device for a vehicle and an assembling method thereof are provided to apply a vibration-proof structure using dampers to an HDD in order to minimize vibration applied to the HDD from the outside, thereby prohibiting damage to and an incorrect operation of the HDD. Plural damper housings(5) combine and fix silicon dampers(4) on the outer circumference of the housings(5), and are individually equipped with flanges for preventing the silicon dampers(4) from moving in a horizontal direction by being located on right and left side ends. Plural projections are formed on external right and left sides of the silicon dampers(4) to increase shock absorbing power of the silicon dampers(4), and grooves as many as predetermined spaces are formed inside the silicon dampers(4). |
