A structure for transferring a small object for a stair-type apartment house is provided to prevent the object from being damaged and rapidly lower the object by mounting the impact absorbing material in the main box. A structure for transferring a small object for a stair-type apartment house is composed of a main box(100) installed at the outer floor of the structure, mounted with a first opening and closing door(110) at one surface, formed with a first combined protrusion(120), formed with a second combined protrusion(130) at the upper surface of the main box, and formed with an opened hole(140) at the upper surface of the main box with a predetermined width; a guide pipe(200) formed like a cylinder and vertically installed along with the outer wall of the structure; a support column(400) whose upper end is fixed at the upper end of the guide pipe; and a spiral wing part(300) closely contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the support column and adhered to the inner surface of the guide pipe. The guide pipe is formed with plural injection holes(210) shaped like a square. An impact absorbing material(600) is placed in the main box.
