A constructional board fabricated of core part containing charcoal fraction and outline part not containing charcoal fraction is provided to emit far-infrared ray and anions, not express black charcoal color and to be used in constructional applications by preparing a paste mixture of loess, charcoal and clay, molding the mixture into a plate and calcining the molded plate to form the board. The constructional board(10) is fabricated by molding a paste mixture of loess, charcoal and clay into a plate form of product and calcining the molded product. The board has outline part(12) free from charcoal fraction and core part(14) containing charcoal fraction. The paste mixture includes 40-60wt.% of loess, 15-40wt.% of charcoal and 5-25wt.% of clay. Alternatively, the board further contains additives such as elvan powder, alumina, magnesia and/or germanium in amount of 5 to 10wt.% relative to total weight of the paste mixture.
