Provided is a secondary battery, wherein an electrolytic solution easily diffuses toward the upper part through the bottom of an electrode assembly, and thus the electrode assembly is sufficiently impregnated with an electrolytic solution and an impregnation time is reduced. The secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly(20), a can(10) for accommodating the electrode assembly(20) and an electrolytic solution, a lower insulation member(30) interposed between the electrode assembly(20) and the bottom of the can(10), and a cap assembly(100) to be combined with the upper part of the can(10). An uneven part is formed on the upside of the lower insulation member(30). The underside of the lower insulation member(30) is flat. |
