APPARATUS FOR INJECTING AIR INTO TIRE

An apparatus for injecting air into a tire is provided to accurately supply the air to the tire by separating the air injector from the injection nozzle of the tire when the air pressure of the tire reaches a predetermined pressure. An apparatus for injecting air into a tire is composed of a base frame(10); a carrying conveyor for carrying a tire(T) where air is not fully filled; a taking conveyor for taking out the tire filled with the air with a predetermined pressure; a circulating conveyor(30) rotatably installed at the base frame; an upper rotary frame(50) installed to be synchronously rotated with the circulating conveyor; plural air injectors(60) detachably connected with an injection nozzle(N) of the tire to inject the air into the tire; and a header unit(70) distributing the air into the air injector. The header unit contains a fixing block having a cylindrical body, plural air flow grooves, and plural air supply holes; a header housing formed with plural discharge holes; plural air hoses; and a driving unit synchronously rotating the circulating conveyor and the upper rotary frame.
