A tape carrier package and an LCD comprising the same are provided to prevent the badness of soldering between a PCB and the tape carrier package, by forming each input pad of the tape carrier package to have a trapezoid shape. Wire patterns are formed on a base film(193). Input pads(194) are positioned at one side of the base film. The input pads are electrically connected to the wire patterns, and coupled with an external device. Each of the input pads is formed in a trapezoid shape. Output pads are positioned at the other side of the base film. The output pads are connected to the wire patterns, and transmit signals to the external device. The input pads are contacted with pads(121) of a PCB(120) through soldering. |
