A plasma display panel is provided to improve largely expression of gray levels by using two sub-pixels for emitting green visible rays. A second substrate(120) is arranged in parallel to a first substrate(110). A first discharge electrode(131) is formed between the first and second substrates. A second discharge electrode(132) is formed between the first and second substrates. A barrier rib(140) is disposed between the first and second substrates in order to define sub-pixels(191a,192a,193a,194a) for forming pixels. The discharge cells are filled with discharge gas. One pixel is formed with four sub-pixels(191,192,193,194).
