A fluid mixing apparatus for purifying air pollutant is provided to mix two or more kinds of fluids smoothly by means of a mixing member. A mixer part(11) includes a first unit lattice series and a second unit lattice series. A first unit lattice of a parallelogram type having an angle(theta12) for a horizontal surface shares one side of an adjacent first unit lattice. The first unit lattice is combined with the adjacent first unit lattice to have an angle(theta3). The first unit lattice series is formed by the continuous combination of a plurality of the first unit lattices. A second unit lattice of a parallelogram type having an angle(theta21) for a horizontal surface shares one side of an adjacent second unit lattice. The second unit lattice is combined with the adjacent second unit lattice to have the angle(theta3). The second unit lattice series is formed by the continuous combination of a plurality of the second unit lattices. The first unit lattice series and the second unit lattice series are combined to share an apex of one column. The first unit lattice series and the second unit lattice series form a fluid mixing path. The first unit lattice series and the second unit lattice series are repeatedly connected to form the mixer part.
