Provided is a portable cigarette case having a sound circuit to enable a user to induce prohibition of smoking or to reduce cigarette smoking by informing messages of nonsmoking advice or smoking caution from a case body. The portable cigarette case includes a case body(1) made of plastic materials or metallic materials, a sound chip(9) mounted on a lateral surface of the case body, a touch sensor(2) installed on a center portion of the case body for sensing a touch with which a user contacts the cigarette case, and an operating pin(4) installed on an upper portion(3) of the case body for operating a sound circuit which is mounted on the upper or lower portions of the case body. The portable cigarette case informs a user of messages of nonsmoking advice or smoking caution by operating the sensor when the cigarette case is opened.
