A guide vane of a fan-motor for a vacuum cleaner is provided to increase the suction force of the fan-motor and the cooling performance of the motor by installing plural return vanes formed at the lower surface of the body part and separated along with the radial direction of the body part. A guide vane of a fan-motor for a vacuum cleaner comprises: a plate-shaped body part(100) installed in an impeller casing of the fan-motor; plural diffuser vanes mounted apart from the edge of the upper surface of the body part with a predetermined interval so as to raise pressure of the air passing through the impeller; and plural return vanes(110) formed at the lower surface of the body part to guide the air with the raised pressure by the diffuser vane to the motor, separated along with radial direction of the body part, and formed with multi-stages. Each vane of the return vanes has a moving resistance reducing-type return vane arranged to correspond along with the radial direction.
