An organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display device is provided to stably adjust the pulse width of a disabled light emitting signal by adjusting the pulse width of an enabled scan select signal, which is inputted to a first scan circuit. A first transistor(M1) delivers a first source voltage to a first node in response to a first signal. A second transistor(M2) delivers the first source voltage to the first node in response to a second signal. A third transistor(M3) delivers a signal from the first node to a second node in response to the first signal. A fourth transistor(M4) delivers the signal from the first node to the second node in response to the second signal. A first capacitor(C1) stores the voltage difference between the first and second nodes. A fifth transistor(M5) delivers a second source voltage to the second node in response to a signal from a third node. A sixth transistor(M6) delivers the second source voltage to the first node in response to a signal from the second node. A seventh transistor(M7) delivers the second signal to a fourth node in response to the second node. An eighth transistor(M8) delivers the first source voltage to the fourth node in response to the first signal. A ninth transistor(M9) delivers a third signal to a third node in response to a signal from the fourth node. A second capacitor(C2) stores the voltage difference between the third and fourth nodes.
