A vacuum form mold is provided to manufacture interiors of vehicles without causing damages of embossing patterns formed on a surface member through a single molding process. A vacuum form mold comprises an upper mold(100) and a lower mold(200). The upper mold has an injection port(110) for injecting a resin liquid. The lower mold includes a lower mold housing(210), a resin layer(220), and a plurality of ball members(230). The lower mold housing has an interior where a hot water pipe(240) connected to a hot water supply is arranged. The lower mold housing is equipped with an exhaust pipe(250) connected to a vacuum pump. The resin layer is formed on the lower mold housing, and has embossing patterns and fine vacuum holes(221) having sizes of 0.1 to 1mm. The resin layer has a uniform thickness of 0.1 to 2mm. The ball members fills the lower mold housing so as to support the resin layer. The lower mold is assembled to the upper mold.
