An anchor for fixation to wall has a body in which threaded rod is installed, with nut and washer at one end and head at the other end, jamming elements in dead hole in the wall at screwing the nut. The head has conical surface and is screwed on the rod without possibility of displacement at screwing the nut. The body is a section of pipe, its one end is in contact with washer installed in one level, and the other end has slots in which on circular axle welded at the inner side of the pipe jamming elements turn in dead hole of the wall, those are arranged as flat rings surrounded by depressions provided in those with split springy ring. The rings are installed with possibility of displacement of those by conical surface of the head for interaction with dead hole in the wall at nut screwing and installation to initial position under compression effect of split springy ring at unscrewing the nut.
