A scheme of immunization for obtaining monoclonal antibodies against human immunoglobulins, in which along with myeloma cells lymphocytes of poplitealand inguinal regionary lymph nodes of immunized animal are hydridized, which provides rapid and efficient obtaining producers of highly active and specific monoclonal antibodies by hybrid to immunoglobulins of human.
