The proposed device for measuring the flow rate of gas or liquid moving through a pipeline contains a cylindrical casing with an inlet branch pipe andan outlet branch pipe, which is installed in the pipeline, a gas or liquid flow rate transducer and a temperature transducer, which are installed in the casing. The casing of the device is installed so that its longitudinal axis is arranged perpendicular to the axis of the pipeline. In the inlet branch pipe, a diaphragm with a calibrated orifice is installed.
