<p>The device has a communication channel (8) for receiving information elements e.g. video clip, constituting a database, and a communication channel (5) for receiving a restitution program. The program selects elements stored in the database and defines modality e.g. radio transmission modality, in which elements are restituted. A control microprocessor (30) extracts the selected elements and reproduces the selected elements, in the defined modality, on a screen (10) through a programmable interface.
