A PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF POLYURETHANE IONOMERS, WHICH ARE DISPERSED IN WATER

A process for preparation of polyurethane ionomers, which are dispersed in water, by extension of isocyanate prepolymer with compounds, which contain active atom of hydrogen in the presence of anhydride of polycarboxylic acid. As ionogenic extender a mixture of dianhydride pyrromelite acid and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) of propionic acid is used in a molar ratio of (1-1.2)-(2.3-3). Molar ratio of hydrasine-containing extender and mixture of carboxyl-containing extenders is of 1.0-1.5 respectively. The process is performed in the presence of catalyst of dibutyldiolovadilaurinate. Carboxyl groups are neutralized in equimolar ratio.
