A packer of piece articles contains the means of transportation of articles with transportation surface, which is installed with possibility of turning in the transverse plane, and the mechanism of turning with a cam drive. The transportation surface is formed by two parallel belt conveyers, each of which is installed with possibility of turning around longitudinal axis. The mechanism of turning is made in the form of sprockets, which are fixed on longitudinal axles of rotation of belt conveyers, single-arm lever, interacting with cam drive, and chain connected with the single-arm lever and sprockets with possibility of their counterrotation.
