METHOD FOR ANESTHESIA IN BREAST SURGERY

The method for anesthesia in breast surgery provides for the interpleural blockade through catheter administering 20 mL of 1% Lidocaine with the traces of adrenalin (1:200000). In addition, the blockade of the brachial plexus is provided through the supraclavicular access after Kulenkompf by means of 1% Lidocaine with the traces of adrenalin (1:200000). The subcutaneous subclavicular cushion of Lidocaine is made by injecting 20 mL of 0.5% Lidocaine from the projectionof the sternoclavicular joint to the shoulder joint.
