PURPOSE: Provided are a lithium secondary battery, which prevents the reaction of an anode and an electrolyte and generates gas little and a process for producing the lithium secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: The lithium secondary battery is produced by the process comprising the steps of: placing the electrolyte between a cathode and the anode and heat-treating at 40-120deg.C, wherein the electrolyte contains 0.5-10wt% of an acrylate-based polymer and 0.1-2wt% of acrylonitrile; performing a constant current charge until an anode potential becomes 0.8-1.3V in case of using metal lithium as an opposite pole, keeping the anode potential, and performing a constant voltage charge for 0.1-8 hours; performing a constant current charge until the anode potential becomes 0-0.1V, keeping the anode potential, and performing a constant voltage charge for 1-8 hours. |
