The method for chiromassage provides for the successive massaging procedures performed by hands in the areas of the face or/and part of the body and/or the whole body. The muscular-vascular massage and/or muscular-nervous massage and/or muscular-articular massage are performed. The major massage procedures are performed after the preliminary warming-up procedures. When the muscular-vascular massage is performed, the muscular elasticity and the muscular tonus are stimulated by the manipulations of deep penetration into the muscular tissue.
