摘要 The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains a piezoelectric element shaped as a parallelepiped with four pairs of electrodes, a matching voltage amplifier, and a matching charge amplifier. Three pairs of the electrodes are arranged at the sides of the piezoelectric element that are parallel to the polarization vector, and the fourth pair of the electrodes is arranged at the sides that are perpendicular to the polarization vector. The first, third, and fourth electrodes that are arranged at one of the sides that are parallel to the polarization vector are connected accordingly to the input of the voltage amplifier and the input and the output of the charge amplifier. The electrode that is arranged at the opposite side and corresponds to the first electrode is connected to the common point of the transducer circuit. The second electrode that is arranged at one of the sides that are perpendicular to the polarization vector is connected to the output of the voltage amplifier. The electrode that is arranged at the opposite side and corresponds to the second electrode is connected to the common point of the transducer circuit. The force applied to the piezoelectric element is perpendicular to the polarization vector.
