An electricity hair iron for permanent is provided to make the entire circumstance of the heating curling iron heated by a heating body, and to enable curling, wave and straight effects for hair without using the hair iron repeatedly. The electricity hair iron for permanent includes gripping handles(110), a heating curling iron(120) and a heating body(130). The gripping handles(110) are constituted to be opposed to each other to be gripped or extended by a user. The heating curling iron(120) is installed to be opposed to each other to be compressed or extended by the operation of the gripping handles(110). The entire circumference of the heating curling iron(120) including adhesion surfaces(122) and outer surfaces(124) are heated. The opposed adhesion surfaces(122) are closely adhered to each other. The heating body(130) is installed at the inside of the heating curling iron(120).
