The utility model relates to technical means of ocean development. An underwater apparatus- transporter contains a durable housing, which consists of a nose, central and rear compartments in the form of series-connected hollow spheres and/or hollow cylinders with spherical end parts enclosed in light housing, power plant in rear compartment, propeller-steering complex with control system, main tank, multistage manipulator, cylinders of compressed air. For reliability of lifting of objects from the large depths in the central section between stern and nose compartments a container is enclosed for the elements of positive buoyancy with the device in the form of a tank for distribution of the elements of positive buoyancy divided by elastic membrane, on one side of which the elements of positive buoyancy are located, and on the other - cavity with oil of hydraulic system. The funnel with located below magnetic valve connected with the hose of distribution is located under the container for the elements of positive buoyancy. The device of distribution is provided for with multistage manipulator, and cavity for oil of hydraulic system is equipped with pipe and magnetic valve and is connected with hydraulic pump and/or pressure accumulator.
