METHOD FOR DRAINING COMMON BILE DUCT IN LAPAROSCOPY

The method for draining the common bile duct in the laparoscopy comprises the installation of the draining tube into the common bile duct through the cystic duct, the fixation of the operating end of the drainage. The opposite end is then brought outwards. The distal end of the drainage is brought outwards through the nasal passage with the aid of the duodenoscope. The operating end of the drainage is fixed in the common bile duct with the catgut ligature clipped in the cystic duct.
