A machine for plastering a floor or a wall of a building with a cement mortar is provided to speed up the plastering work while rotating the plastering plate by rotating the mortar plastering plate combined at the end of the mortar conveyor. A machine for plastering a floor or a wall of a building with a cement mortar is composed of a cement compounding apparatus(1) installed at the upper part; a mortar transfer fan mounted at the center; two conveyor operating gears(9) placed at the lower-most part of a machine shaft(22), wherein one is combined with the machine shaft and the other is combined with a screw(12) at the other machine shaft; and a rotary mortar plastering plate(17) combined at the end of the screw. The screw is installed in a hose(11) made of synthetic resins.
