A method for formation of gas mix for operation of combustion engine includes supply of fuel to cylinder of the engine, suction of artificial gas mix,compression, ignition, combustion, expansion of combustion products. The gas mix is formed of fuel and air saturated with oxygen, due to its supply through gas-separation filter with hollow fibrous membrane by means of which one separates nitrogen present in air.
