According to the invention, the sedative and hypnotic drugs contains (mass %): ethyl ester of alpha-bromoisovaleric acid (1.8-2.8), menthol solution in menthyl ester of isovaleric acid (5.06-8.0), the mint oil (0.1-0.2), the hop oil (0.01-0.04), sodium acetate trihydrate (0.4-0.8), the diluted acetic acid (0.1-0.5), ethanol (60.0-80.0) and the purified water (the rest).
