An anti-depressurized electro-pneumatic generating wheel of vehicle contains a nave, a disk, a rim with a tire fixed on it, in the space between the rim and the tire pushers are evenly located, which receive its elastic deformation. Inside the tire, coaxially with the nave, a circular diaphragm is made, which divides the space of tire into the chamber of constant pressure and compression chamber, on the nave, coaxially with it, a ring-shaped receiver and a generator are rigidly fixed, moreover in the chamber of constant pressure, between the diaphragm and the disk, there are air ducts with inlet and release valves, and the pushers are made as radially located partitions, which divide the chamber of constant pressure into the sections. All compression cambers are connected by collector ring with inlet valves and air duct, which connects collector with atmosphere. Partitions are undulating in such a manner that in each wave of partition are located the stocks, which are connected with the partition. Stocks are elastic and are rigidly connected with the partition. Toroidal generator is used as generator, and ring-shaped receiver is connected with the cavity of toroidal generator with the help of the air duct. The collector ring is motionlessly fastened to the wheel rim, which has an air duct for discharge into the atmosphere, equipped with a valve.
