The method for treating the recurrent inguinal hernia after previous hernioplasty after Postempsky comprises the layer-by-layer cut of the tissue, the separation and the resection of the hernial sac, the plastics of the posterior wall of the inguinal canal with the autologic tissues and the aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle of abdomen. Prior to sewing the aponeurosis, the posterior wall of the inguinal canal is reinforced with the allograft attached to the periosteum of the pubic tubercle, the inguinal ligament, and the internal oblique muscle of abdomen. The aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle of abdomen is sewed over the allograft without tension joint to joint.
