The device has a connection plate associated to slides (12) and tightening arms (13) to fix the plate along a support crosspiece (10) integrated to a frame (B) of a folder-gluer. The slides and arms adjust position of a folding arm (6) relative to the crosspiece. An encoder (16) is connected with a driving mechanism (9) of blanks and a laser cell (14) detects passage of the blanks at a reference position to synchronize a driving motor.
