The device for training the muscles of the legs comprises the turning frame capable of being fixed under selected angle. The frame contains the movable carriage and the leg rest. The axis of the turning frame locaters in its middle part. The frame is equipped with the seat and the telescopic tie-rod. The leg rest is mounted onto the carriage with the set of the weights.
