摘要 The proposed pyrometer for measuring temperature by spectral ratio is designed for controlling temperature of hard-to-reach objects. The pyrometer contains a monochromatic optical radiation source, a gray wedge, a unit for displaying the controlled object, an optoelectronic measuring converter, a high-pass filter, a synchronous detector, a low-pass filter, an analog-to-digital converter, a timing pulse processing amplifier, a photodiode, a light-emitting diode, a microprocessor control unit, a digital-to-analog converter, a temperature controller, a random access memory unit, a read-only memory unit, a digital measuring indicator, a code-to-current converter, a code-to-voltage converter, and code-to-displacement converters. The unit for displaying the monitored object contains a lens and a reflector. The optoelectronic measuring converter contains a damper for screening optical radiation, an aperture diaphragm, three focusing lenses, two semi-transparent mirrors, a disc obturator with a synchronous driving motor, and a photodetector with an amplifier. Additionally, the pyrometer contains an additional optoelectronic measuring converter and two reference radiation sources. The additional optoelectronic measuring converter contains a damper for screening optical radiation, an aperture diaphragm, three focusing lenses, two semi-transparent mirrors, and a prism, which is arranged between the optoelectronic measuring converters and optically coupled with the controlled object. The first reference radiation source contains a monochromatic radiation source and a semi-transparent plate. The second reference radiation source contains a monochromatic radiation source and a prism.
