A shelf and air conditioner duct integrated structure for a bus is provided to allow a passenger on a seat to easily adjust the direction and flow of cooling air, by permitting the passenger to pull a louver plate such that a louver slides to the position close to the passenger. A bus has a shelf(100) arranged from an upper outermost side of an indoor area of the bus to an upper point of a passenger seat; and an air conditioner duct(200) arranged beneath the shelf. The air conditioner duct includes a first cover arranged at a lower surface of the shelf; a second cover arranged underneath the first cover, and has a square slit formed in sideways of the bus; guiders arranged in parallel with each other at an edge of the slit of the second cover; and a louver plate having a center with a louver and an edge which slides in contact with inner surfaces of the guiders.
